Plain English version: don't pay me and then sue me. Don't copy my letters and sell them as yours. We'll both be fine.
1. Who you're dealing with
This site, the Out of Office Forever letter, and the Sent™ system are operated by Bianca Board, trading as Out of Office Forever, based in Queensland, Australia. When this page says "I", "me", or "we", it means me. When it says "you", it means you – the person reading the site, subscribing to the letter, or buying Sent™.

2. Using the website
You're welcome to read everything on oooforever.com for free, forever. By using the site, you agree to:
- Not scrape, mass-download, or use the content to train an AI model without my written permission.
- Not republish my words, letters, or proprietary frameworks (including "Sent™") as your own.
- Not use the site to do anything unlawful, abusive, or weird.
Quoting a sentence in a tweet, email, or article with attribution is fine and encouraged. Lifting a whole letter and pasting it into your own newsletter is not.
3. The Letter (free email subscription)
If you give me your email address, I'll send you the Tuesday and Thursday letter, plus occasional related emails (new offers, opening of new beta cohorts, the rare announcement). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
I will never sell, rent, or hand your email address to a third party. See the privacy policy for the full breakdown.
4. Sent™ (paid offer)
Sent™ is a 3-week, 1:1 engagement where I build you a permanent email asset. The current beta price is AU$1,497. Specifics – scope, deliverables, timeline – are confirmed in writing before any payment is taken.
Refunds. Sent™ is a bespoke, time-based engagement. Once work has begun, payments are non-refundable – the value is in the time, the strategy, and the writing, none of which can be un-delivered. If something genuinely goes wrong on my end, I'll always make it right. If you cancel before week 1 begins, you'll get a full refund minus a small admin fee to cover the intake and strategy time already spent.
Ownership. Once you've paid in full, the words I write for your sequence are yours. Forever. Use them, edit them, run them in any platform you like. The Sent™ system – the methodology, frameworks, naming – remains mine.
Confidentiality. Anything you tell me about your business stays between us, unless you say otherwise. I never quote a client by name without explicit permission.
5. Results, claims, and your business
I've worked with 3,000+ clients across twenty years and have plenty of receipts. I'll happily share what I've done. None of it guarantees what will happen for you. Email results depend on your offer, your list, your audience, your timing, your follow-through – most of which I don't control.
Anything on this site, in the letter, or said on a call is education and opinion, not financial, legal, or business advice for your specific situation.
6. Intellectual property
All content on oooforever.com – text, photos, illustrations, the Sent™ name and visual identity – is owned by Bianca Board / Out of Office Forever. You don't get the right to copy, redistribute, or commercialise it just because you read it.
7. Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Australian law, I'm not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site, the letter, or any paid offer. My total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you've paid me in the previous 12 months.
8. Changes to these terms
I might update these terms occasionally as the business evolves. The "last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the new version.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Queensland.
10. The human bit
I write everything on this site myself. I run the business myself. If something on this page is unclear, weird, or worth a conversation – just email me. I'd rather a one-line clarification than a misunderstanding that ends in lawyers. We've all been there.
